Simon and Liz Willis live on Scotland's North West Coast where they cycle, swim, run and generally mess about, either among mountains or on the sea.

A former BBC Correspondent, Simon produces the world's best selling sea kayak coaching films and devised the Scottish Sea Kayak Trail.

He has filmed extensively for  BBC Scotland's The Adventure Show and now runs the YouTube channel Always Another Adventure.
